Reference is made to the announcement published on 4 October 2021 by Lifecare AS
(the "Company") regarding the launch of a contemplated private placement (the
"Private Placement") to raise gross proceeds of between NOK 25 and 40 million. 

Based on the orders received since the commencement of the Private Placement,
the Company hereby communicates that the Private Placement is expected to price
at NOK 1.70 per share and that the Private Placement is covered within the size
range at this price. 

As previously communicated, the application period for the Private Placement
will close on 5 October at 16:30 CEST.

Carnegie AS is acting as bookrunner and manager in the Private Placement.
