Oslo, 14 November 2022: Reference is made to the announcements by LINK Mobility
Group Holding ASA ("LINK Mobility" or the "Company") on 20 October 2020
regarding the Company's RSU program. 

In accordance with the vesting plan for the Company's RSU program, 30% of the
RSUs granted under the RSU program shall be exercisable into shares upon the
second anniversary of the Company's listing. Participants in the RSU program
have on 14 November 2022 exercised a total of 1,130,722 RSUs, resulting in a net
settlement of a total of 929,457 new shares to be issued by the Company. Other
than the nominal value of the shares, no payment is required by the RSU holder
upon exercise. A total of 1,130,742 RSUs remain under the RSU program, being
exercisable on the third anniversary of the Company's listing.

Following the RSU exercise, the Board of Directors have pursuant to
authorization granted by the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 12
July 2022, today resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK
4,647.285 by issuing 929,457 new shares, each with a nominal value NOK 0.005.

Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK
1,478,849.19 divided into 295,769,838 shares. 

Exercise of RSUs by primary insiders

Thomas Berge, Interim CEO of the Company, has exercised 263,632 RSUs,
corresponding to a net settlement of 139,724 shares. Following completion of the
share capital increase, Thomas Berge will hold 331,122 shares in the Company. In
addition, Thomas Berge holds 263,633 RSUs and 253,000 LTI share options.

Morten Løken Edvardsen, Interim CFO of the Company, has exercised 5,113 RSUs,
corresponding to a net settlement of 2,914 shares. Following completion of the
share capital increase, Morten Løken Edvardsen will hold 6,595 shares in the
Company. In addition, Morten Løken Edvardsen holds 5,114 RSUs and 116,000 LTI
share options.
