Oslo, 11 November 2021: Reference is made to the announcements by LINK Mobility
Group Holding ASA ("LINK Mobility" or the "Company") on 20 October 2020
regarding the Company's RSU program. 

In accordance with the vesting plan for the Company's RSU program, 40% of the
RSUs granted under the RSU program shall be exercisable into shares upon the
first anniversary of the Company's listing. Participants in the RSU program have
on 11 November 2021 exercised a total of 1,507,628 RSUs, resulting in a net
settlement of a total of 1,235,424 new shares to be issued by the Company. Other
than the nominal value of the shares, no payment is required by the RSU holder
upon exercise. A total of 2,261,444 RSUs remain under the RSU program with
1,130,722 RSUs being exercisable on each of the second and third anniversary of
the Company's listing.

Following the RSU exercise, the Board of Directors have pursuant to
authorization granted by the Company's Annual General Meeting 26 May 2021, today
resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 6,177.12 by issuing
1,235,424 new shares, each with a nominal value NOK 0.005.

Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK
1,467,695.34 divided into 293,539,068 shares. 

Exercise of RSUs by primary insiders

Guillaume Van Gaver, CEO of the Company, has exercised 494,883 RSUs,
corresponding to 494,883 shares. Following completion of the share capital
increase, Guillaume Van Gaver will hold 698,893 shares in the Company. In
addition, Guillaume Van Gaver holds 742,324 RSUs and 220,000 LTI share options.

Thomas Berge, CFO of the Company, has exercised 351,510 RSUs, corresponding to a
net settlement of 182,786 shares. Following completion of the share capital
increase, Thomas Berge will hold 182,786 shares in the Company. In addition,
Thomas Berge holds 527,264 RSUs and 118,000 LTI share options. 

Søren Sundahl, observer to the Board of Directors, has exercised 81,801 RSUs,
corresponding to 81,801 shares. Following completion of the share capital
increase, Søren Sundahl (directly and indirectly through Sundahl ApS) will hold
9,221,043 shares in the Company. In addition, Søren Sundahl holds 122,700 RSUs
and 86,000 LTI share options.
