(Oslo, [26] January 2021) Mintra Holding ASA (Mintra, OSE:MNTR) invites
investors, analysts and journalists to a Capital Markets Update (CMU) in
extension to the company's fourth-quarter presentation Thursday 25 February
2021.

Mintra will host a virtual presentation of the quarterly results followed by a
Capital Markets Update. The CMU presentation will provide an in-depth overview
of Mintra and its market, the company's organic growth plan, and M&A strategy,
and its ambitions and outlook.

The approximately two-hour event will include presentations by CEO Scott Kerr,
CFO Ian Mackie, and CCO Kevin Short, followed by an open Q&A session.
