Reference is made to the mandatory offer (the "Offer") from NTS ASA (the
"Offeror") to acquire all shares in Norway Royal Salmon ASA ("NRS" or the
"Company") pursuant to an offer document dated 16. July 2021, as amended by the
announcement from the Offeror of 13 August 2021, at an offer price of NOK 240
per share (the "Offer"). The Offer Period Expires today, 26 August 2021 at 16:30
CEST (subject to further extension). Shareholders who wish to accept the Offer,
and who has not already done this, must complete and accept the acceptance
formular included in the Offer Document within 26 August 2021 at 16:30 (CEST).
The Offer Document is, subject to regulatory limitations in certain
jurisdictions, available at www.danskebank.no/NRS.

The Offeror has, per today 26 August 2021 at [10:00] CEST received acceptance
under the Offer for in total 1,557,858 shares in NRS. Including the 16,133,662
shares in NRS that are already held by NTS, NTS will, following completion of
the Offer hold in total 17,691,520 shares in NRS, equal to 40.6% of the total
number of shares and votes in NRS. The numbers above are not final, as
registration and approval of the acceptances in the VPS has not been completed
due to practical reasons. Helge Gåsø represents NTS in the Board of NRS.

Danske Bank, Norwegian Branch and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge are acting as
financial advisors to the Offeror in connection with the Offer. Arntzen de
Besche Advokatfirma AS is the Offerors legal advisor in connection with the
Offer.
