The Annual General Meeting of Otovo AS will be held on Tuesday 26 April 2022 at
11:00 CET in the company's offices in Torggata 7, Oslo. 

The notice of meeting as well as the form to participate by means of advance
votes or by granting a proxy are attached to this message.

Agenda: Approval of the annual accounts and annual report for 2020, including
distribution of dividend, approval of auditors remuneration, election of members
to the board of directors, conversion to public limited liability company (ASA)
including share capital increase through bonus issue, merger of Otovo AS and
European Distributed Energy Assets Holding AS including share capital increase
in connection with the merger and amendments to the articles of association.
