On 23 June the employees of the Otovo Group elected Julie Orzechowski as new
employee representative at the board of directors of Otovo ASA through a
supplemental election with a term of office of one year starting 1 July 2022.
Orzechowski will serve in the capacity as employee representative together with
Alejandro Diaz who was elected in 2021 with a term of office of two years. The
board of directors will consequently have eight members from 1 July.
