Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Storm Real
Estate ASA ("Storm Real Estate" or the "Company") on 17 November 2020, where the
Company announced that it had entered into a transformative agreement to form a
combined entity with KMC Properties ("KMC") (the "Transaction"). Reference is
further made to the stock exchange announcement of 20 December 2020 regarding
completion of the Transaction. As referred to in the announcements, completion
of the Transaction resulted in a mandatory offer obligation for each of EBE
Eiendom AS ("EBE") and Kverva Industrier AS ("Kverva Industrier") (jointly the
"Offerors").

The Offerors are today launching a joint mandatory offer on the Company. The
offer is set out in the offer document dated 21 December 2020 which has been
approved by Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority. 

Key terms are:
-	Offer Price: NOK 7 per share
-	Offer Period: From and including 22 December 2020 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 19
January 2020.

-	The shares to be issued in connection with the Private Placement announced on
14 December 2020 will not be comprised by the offer. These shares will be placed
on a separate ISIN pending completion of the mandatory offer and publication of
a listing prospectus for listing of the shares.

The offer document will be sent to all shareholders registered in the company's
shareholder register in the VPS as of the date of the offer document, who may
legally receive the document. The offer document may also be obtained free of
charge during ordinary business hours at the offices of either of the receiving

As of the launch of the mandatory offer EBE and Kverva Industrier owns shares in
Storm representing 45.92% and 40.71% respectively of the share capital. The
Offerors are not consolidated pursuant to section 6-5 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act. Following completion of the mandatory offer, the
Offerors intend to retain the listing of Storm Real Estate on Oslo Børs.
