Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Storm Real Estate ASA (the
"Company") on 8 December 2020, regarding launch of a fully underwritten private
placement of NOK 300 million at NOK 7 per share.
Stig Wærnes, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KMC Properties, who will also
be member of the Board of the combined entity, has subscribed for 142,857 shares
through the company Snewær AS. Following completion of the private placement, he
holds 142,857 shares.
Liv Malvik, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KMC Properties, who will also be
the CEO of the combined entity, has subscribed for 14,286 shares. Following
completion of the private placement, she holds 14,286 shares.
