Reference is made to Xplora Technologies AS' ("Xplora" or the "Company") stock
exchange announcement published on 19 May 2021 regarding the Board of Director's
resolution to increase the Company's share capital in a private placement to
SevenVentures pursuant to an option agreement dated 10 July 2020.
 
The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 159,135.40
divided into 39,783,848 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.004. Each share
carries one vote.
 
Following registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS), the new shares will be delivered and listed on Euronext Growth
Oslo.
