Reference is made to the stock exchange notices dated 13 May 2019 and 5 June 2019 by Data Respons ASA (“the Company”) regarding a private placement of 12,000,000 shares whereof 10,000,000 shares are admitted to trading on Merkur Market and the extraordinary general meeting approval of a contemplated repair issue of up to 1,800,000 shares.
The offer to subscribe for the new shares in the repair issue and the listing of the Merkur Market Shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange are both subject to the approval and publication of a prospectus to be prepared by the Company and approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
The Company will include the first half year results to be published 12th July 2019 in the prospectus and the Company expects that the prospectus will be approved and published in August 2019. The Company therefore expects that the Merkur Market Shares will become listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange within August and that a 2 weeks subscription period in the repair issue will commence from such time.
