GN Store Nord A/S (“GN”) today announces the launch of an offering (the “Offering”) of EUR denominated senior unsecured notes due 2023 (the “Notes”). The Offering will have a size of 200-250 million. The final size and pricing of the Notes will be determined when the book-building process closes.
The net proceeds from the transaction will be applied by GN for its general corporate purposes, including refinancing of other indebtedness, while respecting the group’s unchanged long term capital structure policy.
Nordea and BNP Paribas are acting as Joint Lead Managers for the Offering.
