Filing of France Telecom's 2010 annual report on Form 20-F with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission

On April 21, 2011, France Telecom filed its annual report for the fiscal year
ended December 31, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This report, as well as France Telecom's 2010 financial statements, is available
on France Telecom's website : www.orange.com, under the headings "Finance" /
"Documentation". In addition, the Form 20-F is available on the website of the
SEC (www.sec.gov).

Shareholders have the ability to receive a hard copy of France Telecom's
complete audited financial statements free of charge upon request.
