Dar es Salaam, Tanzania - MTI Investment is pleased to announce the steady growth and progress of the MTI Investment hub in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. With a projected reach of full capacity by the end of April, the hub demonstrates its importance for collaboration and innovation within the city's professional community.
On March 26th, 2024, MTI Investment officially launched the MTI Investment Hub in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Sweden´s ambassador to Tanzania, H.E. Charlotta Ozaki Macias, opened the Hub together with CEO of MTI Investment Pontus Engström. The hub provides professionals with a dynamic workspace environment and an extensive array of amenities, catering to the increasing demand for co-working spaces among professionals. By tapping into this emerging need, the MTI Investment hub aims to bridge the gap and support the evolving requirements of entrepreneurs and investors seeking a collaborative workspace.
"We aim to cater for entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, investors and remote workers, says Hope Mwazuna, business developer at MTI Investment, Tanzania. "With an initial 15 desks, the Hub encourages a sense of community and facilitates networking opportunities among individuals from diverse professional backgrounds."

As the demand for flexible and accessible workspaces continues to soar, the Hub ensures that individuals have the freedom to select a membership plan that aligns with their requirements. The coworking space offers both flexible desks and dedicated desks. Flexible desks, available at USD 150 per month, provide members with the flexibility to choose their working hours and desk availability. Dedicated desks, priced at USD 200 per month, cater to those seeking a more permanent workspace solution. Due to the positive level of interest and engagement, the MTI Investment Hub is projected to reach full capacity by the end of April. All available desks are expected to be occupied, but with continued availability for flexible memberships.
Looking ahead, MTI Investment has ambitious plans to expand the Hub concept not only within Dar es Salaam but also across major cities in Tanzania. The vision is to establish multiple hubs, enabling members to transition between spaces and enjoy the coworking experience, irrespective of their current location.
