The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased as a result of the directed share issue of 5,820,000 series B shares resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 September 2023 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 October 2023 which has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
