The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased as a result of the directed share issue of 842,000 series B shares resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 March 2024 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 8 April 2024, which has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
