PixelFox AB (publ) has notified its mentor, Partner Fondkommission, of the termination of their mentorship agreement.
The company has an obligation towards the Nordic Growth Market to appoint a mentor for the first two years of the period during which the company is traded on the Nordic SME. PixelFox AB is no longer required to fulfill this obligation, hence the company has chosen to terminate the contractual relationship with Partner Fondkomission.
The mentorship will cease to be effective as of 2024-02-07.
