Sandvika, 15 November 2023 (OSE: NORCO): Birgitte Lunde Hartmann, deputy board
member in Norconsult ASA (the "Company"), has on 15 November 2023 purchased
27,072 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 18,46 per share. Following the
transaction, Birgitte Lunde Hartmann, holds a total number of 83,247 shares in
the Company.

The acquisition has been done to cover an application with guaranteed allocation
made by Hartmann in the Company's recent IPO, which due to a procedural incident
was not recorded and settled. Please see attached notification form.
