Hafa Invest AS is an investment company wholly owned by primary insider in Aprila Bank ASA, Hans Marius Falkanger. Mr. Falkanger also works as an investment professional in Kvantia AS. The shares were purchased at NOK 6.50 per share. After the purchase, Kvantia AS and its subsidiary Christiana Skibs AS, hold 2,626,398 shares in the company, equal to 4.25% of the share capital and Hafa Invest AS holds 269,471 shares in the company, equal to 0.44% of the share capital.
