Following the execution of the Recovery Agreement dated 07 September 2021, the sale of both rigs, Atlantica Delta and BassDrill Beta, the acceptance of the Wind Down Forecast and the advanced wind down, ATDL will implement the following leadership changes from January 2022.
Mr. Mike Cadigan will resign from his position as CEO of ATDL. ATDL would like to thank Mike for his strong contribution to ATDL. Mike played a critical role in ensuring the safe and profitable operation of ATDLs rigs over the past years.
Mr. Reese McNeel will resign from his position as CFO and Deputy CEO of ATDL. Mr. McNeel will continue to support the wind down of ATDL on an as needed basis in 2022.
Ms. Leslie Gassner will be appointed as an officer of ATDL and will take the key role in leading the remaining wind down of ATDL in 2022. Ms. Gassner has been a key member of ATDLs accounting and finance team for many years.
