The attached notice has been sent to the Companys shareholders regarding the 2021 Annual General Meeting («AGM»). The AGM will be held at Victoria Place, 5th Floor, 31 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 10, Bermuda, on 10 December 2021 at 3:00 pm (CET).

The proposed agenda comprises solely the ordinary business of the AGM.

Participation by way of proxy only: Shareholders of the Company are asked to submit their proxies for participation to the Companys registrar in DNB Bank ASA no later than 12:00 pm (CET), 08 December 2021, as further instructed in the attached notice of the AGM.
