Atlantica Tender Drilling Ltd. (ATDL) – Update regarding BassDrill Beta

Bermuda, 04 August 2021 – With reference to the press release made on 10 December 2020, BassDrill Beta has now completed its process of Demobilization from the P-61 TLP on the Papa Terra field in Brazil and is off hire. The rig completed the contract having achieved 2 298 days worked without a Lost Time Incident. An achievement which ATDL is extremely proud of. 

ATDL is pursuing a sale of both the BassDrill Beta and Atlantica Delta rigs. 

ATDL continues to have a constructive dialogue with representatives of more than 50 percent of the Bondholders and Senior Banks regarding the way forward.
