In accordance with the Recovery Agreement dated 07 September 2021, the Company, the First Agent and the Second Agent have approved the Wind Down Forecast. The Wind Down Forecast estimates that up to USD 10 million may be available to distribute to banks and bondholders over the course of the wind down. Of this amount, approximately USD 6 to 7 million may be available for distribution after the semi-annual revision of the wind down forecast and approval thereof at the end of January 2022.
