OSLO April 27, 2022: Under an option agreement from 2015 100 000 shares at a strike price of NOK 2.83 per share have been exercised. The board will issue new shares under its existing proxy to fulfill the agreement.
The shares are expected to be delivered on or about May 20, 2022. After the capital increase CondAlign AS will have 14 254 957 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.1 per share.
