OSLO – 1. February 2022: The Company will strengthen its management team to adopt to the changing requirements as the Company enters a new phase in the commercialization and development of its technology:
 
•	Dr. Rita Glenne, CTO (new member)
•	Aina Suphellen, COO (new member)
•	Harald Wahl Breivik, VP Business Development and Sales (new role)
•	Morten Lindberget, VP Marketing and Sales (new role)

Bjørn Maarud and Tom Hvammen will continue in their present roles as CEO and CFO.

Dr. Rita Glenne has been appointed to the role as CTO as Henrik Hemmen has decided to step down as CTO. Dr. Rita Glenne, who currently resides on the Board of Directors of the Company, has significant experience from technology development and management and bringing products to the market. She has previously worked for SINTEF, Norsk Hydro ASA and REC ASA. She has a Ph.D. in Material Science from NTNU, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. 

“Rita knows the Company and the technology very well after several years as a board member. She has a track record and experience in commercialization of technology that will be very valuable for CondAlign. We could not have found a better person to take on the role as CTO”, says Maarud.

Aina Suphellen has been appointed to the newly established role as COO and will be responsible for supply chain and operational implementation of ongoing and new customer projects. She has experience from technology companies within industrialization and production from GE Oil and Gas, REC and SINTEF. She has a Master of Science degree in Technical Physics from NTNU, Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

“With these changes in place we have established a strong management team that will ensure that CondAlign can navigate the challenges ahead and successfully manage the commercialization of the CondAlign technology”, says Maarud.

To ensure a smooth transition, Hemmen will stay on at CondAlign as a special advisor until the 31st of March 2022.
