Reference is made to the announcement by Dwellop AS on 30 June 2020 setting out key information on the reverse share split in the ratio of 1,000:1 as resolved by the annual general meeting on 29 June 2020. 

The new number of shares and the new nominal value per share pertaining to the reverse split have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises: 

Share capital: NOK 7,012,500
Total number of new shares (new): 283,467
Nominal value of each share (new): NOK 24.7383293293399

The shares in Dwellop AS will be traded ex reverse split and with the new nominal value as from Monday, 6 July 2020.
