Oslo, 6 October 2020 – Reference is made to the announcement on 25 September 2020 from FREYR AS (“FREYR”) regarding an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 6 October 2020. FREYR has today held the extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) at 15:00 (CET) in the offices of Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS at Tjuvholmen allé 16 in Oslo, Norway, to consider the following matters: 
 
1. Election of chairman of the meeting and a person to co-sign the minutes
2. Approval of the notice and agenda
3. Orientation regarding compensation for employees
4. Issue of warrants to Edge Global LLC
5. Amendment of the articles of association
6. Election of a new director
7. Election of an auditor  
 
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of directors. Please find the minutes of the EGM attached.
