Chief Operating Officer, Jan Arve Haugan, has today, 29 January 2021, purchased 50,000 shares in Freyr AS at price NOK 19,91 per share. After the trade Mr Haugan holds in total 50,000 shares in the company. In addition, Mr Haugan is entitled to options as per his contract of employment.
