ATS Next AS has acquired 105,888 shares in Freyr AS (“FREYR”) from Teknovekst Ltd. Following the transaction, ATS Next and Teknovekst own 51,165,893 and 47,582,988 shares of FREYR, respectively.

ATS Next is a company controlled by FREYR’s Executive Chairman and Founder Torstein Dale Sjøtveit. Teknovest is a company controlled by FREYR’s Director and Founder Tor Ivar Slettemoen. The companies entered this transaction pursuant to a January 2021 agreement between Teknovekst and ATS Next related to the dissolution of selected historic joint ownership interests between the two companies.
