All items on the EOGM agenda 16 May 2022 were approved with the necessary majority. In the EOGM 39 275 237 new shares were subscribed for as specified in the minutes. Further 26 651 879 shares were subscribed for within the subscription period as specified in Item 2 on the EOGM agenda. The Board of Directors has allocated the shares according to the attached BoD minutes. After this, GFjord Invest AS has 131 757 002 shares outstanding. In addition, the company has issued a total of 39 850 930 warrants and options exercisable at face value of NOK 0.3 pr share.
