GFjord Invest AS (GFI) holds 25 518 819 shares in Norwegian Crystals AS  with Enterprise Registry Id 925 323 004 (NCR). GFI is now in the process of completing a total restructuring of its unsecured debt through a coordinated offering process for a final settlement. 
As one of the sources of funds, to be able to settle with the creditors on the agreed terms, GFjord Invest AS has decided to sell part of its shareholding in NCR (The Shares).

Prior to offering The Shares in the market, as a matter of courtesy, all existing GFI and NCR shareholders are invited to buy The Shares at a price equal to the subscription price in the March Private Placement.
