GOODBULK LTD. (N-OTC: BULK) ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING INSTRUCTONS FOR THE MEMBERS' WRITTEN RESOLUTION

Reference is made to the "Members' Written Resolution" in lieu of a formal 2022 annual general meeting of GoodBulk Ltd. (the "Company"), where the beneficial shareholders were requested to returned signed copies of the "Instruction for Members' Written Resolutions" to DNB Bank ASA no later than 30 April 2022 12:00 CEST. The Company today announces that the deadline for submitting instructions to DNB Bank ASA has been extended by 10 (ten) days to Tuesday 10 May 2020 at 12:00 CEST. Please send the instructions to:
