OSLO – Aug 21, 2022 – Carbon Circle Holding AS (‘Carbon Circle’ or ‘Company’) is pleased to announce that a Private Placement (the ‘Private Placement’) has been successfully placed. The Private Placement included an allocation of 168 of new shares for gross proceeds of NOK 16.800.000,-. 
 
Pharos Advisors acted as advisor in connection with the Private Placement.  
 
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will go towards costs related to establishing the organization and SG&A runway for the Company. 
 
Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company will have a registered share capital of NOK NOK 1.168.000,- divided into 1.168 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1000.
