Reference is made to the announcement published by Heroic Group AS (NOTC: HEROIC) (the "Company") on 27 July 2022 regarding a share capital increase by issue of 3,730,000 new shares in the Company.

The issuance of 3,730,000 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 352,750 divided into 17,637,500 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.02 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
