As announced at the extraordinary general meeting held 25 July 2022 and following the NOK 18,650,000 private placement this summer, the subsequent repair issue has now closed and the issuance of 318,818 new shares in Heroic Group AS (NOTC: HEROIC) (the "Company") have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the shares transferred to the subscribers.

Following this registration, the share capital of the Company is now NOK 359,126.36 divided into 17,956,318 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.02 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
