NHST HOLDING AS- GENERALFORSAMLING
Den 27. Juni er det avholdt generalforsamling i HST Holding AS.
Årsregnskapet for 2021 ble godkjent. 
Ingen styremedlemmer var på valg.
Øvrige beslutninger var i henhold til styrets forslag.
-	Godkjennelse av fullmakt til erverv av egne aksjer
-	Godkjennelse av fullmakt til å kunne gjennomføre rettet emisjon
-	Valg av medlemmer til valgkomiteen

NHST HOLDING AS- ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of NHST Holding AS was held on June 27th.
The annual financial statements for 2021 were approved.
 No Board members were up for reelection.
Other decisions were according to the proposals from the Board.
-  Approval of authorization to acquire shares in the company
- Approval of authorization for issue of new equity without subscription rights
- Election of members of the nomination committee
