RIVALRY/MGNET
Through its wholly owned US subsidiary, MGNET LLC, 00 NATION has entered into a two-year sponsorship agreement with the sports betting company Rivalry Services ltd. The sponsorship agreement has a base value in the mid-seven-figures (NOK), which may reach into the high-seven-figures if certain bonus thresholds are met. The agreement targets the South American market through its presence in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive as well as other South American initiatives.

NEW HIRES/TALENT UPDATE
The Company is pleased to announce the following talent signings and hires.

Rocket League:

A roster consisting of three merited players from the United Kingdom, with experience from top teams in Europe, has united to create a European powerhouse in Rocket League. The entrance to Rocket League will also see 00 NATION with branded in-game items for sale in the official Rocket League Esports Shop, of which 00 NATION targets a royalty based on net sales. 

00 NATION Rocket League now consists of:

• George Rusiecki alias Breezi
• Joseph Hibbert alias Hibbs
• Ethan Laughland – Coach

Hires:

Tor-Oscar Støvland Wold has joined the company and will primarily be responsible talent management, art and fashion projects. Wold also brings with him a portfolio of talent, including visual artists Trym Ruud and Doodle Twins, both frequently referenced in Norwegian media. Trym Ruud, during his first active yearas an NFT artist, recently eclipsed the NOK 20 million mark in sales, while Doodle Twins, only 14 years of age, are emerging fan favorites and projected future stars.

Wold and 00 NATION will also enter into a joint venture for Blank Galleri which showcases and developes up and coming talent in the art scene, in addition to 00 NATION assuming full ownership of Wold’s fashion customization store Oslo Custom, to bring fashion and custom products closer to gaming.
