Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 June 2020 by Norwegian Crystals AS (“Norwegian Crystals” or the “Company”) relating to the contemplated private placement of NOK 30-45 million where the Company has proposed to reduce the nominal value of its shares from NOK 3.00 to NOK 0.10. This reduction was incorrect. The contemplated reduction will be from NOK 3.00 to NOK 0.30, subject to the approval by the general meeting of the Company.
