CFO Jan Kaspar Gjessing has tendered his resignation. He will remain in his role during the notice period ending 30 April while a replacement is recruited either internally or externally.
The Board takes the opportunity to wish Mr. Gjessing the best of luck in his future endeavours and to thank him for his valuable contributions.
