2cureX AB has initiated the process to get its shares admitted to a new trading venue
2cureX AB (the “Company”) announces that it has initiated the listing process of getting the Company’s shares traded on Spotlight Stock Market.
The process follows Nasdaq Stockholm’s decision to delist the Company’s shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market, with 31 August 2026 as the final day of trading. The Company adamantly opposes this decision and will continue with its long-term growth plan.
The Company has therefore commenced the listing process with Spotlight Stock Market. Due to the very short notice provided by Nasdaq, there will be a brief period, from 31 August until the shares are re-listed, during which the shares cannot be traded.
The Board’s first objective is to establish an appropriate public trading venue for the Company’s shares and provide continued transparency and accessibility for shareholders.
2cureX AB will provide further information as the process develops and as soon as there is material information to disclose.
