The Nomination Committee of Acarix consists of Jan Poulsen (Chairman) representing Life Science Invest Fund 1 among others, Anton Rehnström representing Anton Rehnström and Philip Siberg, Chairman of the Board of Acarix.

The Nomination Committee has carried out an intensive and comprehensive process including the evaluation of the existing competencies in relation to the strategic plan of Acarix with focus on the US market. The Committee has assessed that there was a need to strengthen the Board by adding new competencies with a more direct and comprehensive insight into the US market and cardiac space.
