Eva Nilsagård has over 30 years of experience in leading positions within finance and business development, in both large international groups and entrepreneurial companies. She has extensive experience with organizational changes and several initial public offerings (IPOs), including listings on Nasdaq's main market. She has broad expertise in financial management, change management, and publicly listed companies, and currently holds several board assignments with a focus on auditing and governance.

Johan Lundgren has worked within the H&M Group since 2008 and has held leading roles in sales, business development, and operations, both globally and locally. After a period as Chief Operating Officer at Fortnox, he returned to H&M in 2024 and is currently responsible for strategy and innovation in the role of Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.
