Oslo, 1 September 2026, Appear ASA (Appear, OSE: APR) today announces that Per Øyvind Stene, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to step down from his role. Stene will remain in the position until 30 November 2026.
"We are grateful to Per Øyvind for his dedication and contributions to Appear, including the preparation to and execution of the listing on Oslo Børs. We wish him every success in his next chapter,” says Thomas Bostrøm Jørgensen, CEO of Appear ASA.
The company has initiated the CFO succession process and will update the market in due course.
