Arion Bank announces an offer to buy back bonds in the series ARION CB 24 (ISIN: IS0000030906), taking place on the 18th of December 2023, in exchange for cash.
The bonds will be repurchased at a clean price of 98.9092, equivalent to a simple rate of 9.40% and a yield of 9.85%. The amount repurchased will not exceed ISK 8,000,000,000.
Arion Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in part or in whole.
Settlement date is on the 21st of December 2023.
The offering will be managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets. All offers shall be submitted by email to skuldabrefamidlun@arionbanki.is before 14:00 GMT on the18th of December 2023.
