The number of customers at Avanza has during 2024 increased by 112,400, amounting to 15,400 net new customers in August. This resulted in 2,013,500 customers at the end of the month. Net inflow in August was SEK 7,790m, amounting to SEK 55,200m during 2024.

In August, the Swedish Savings Barometer was published with statistics for the second quarter 2024. Avanza’s share of the net inflow to the savings market was 9.9 per cent. The share is always lower in the second quarter due to tax refunds and high inflows into occupational pensions. Rolling 12M the share of the net inflow amounted to 21.2 per cent. Avanza’s total market share of the savings market remained unchanged, 7.5 per cent compared to the previous quarter and increased from 6.6 per cent a year earlier.
