Avonova is now introducing Avonova Booking, a brand-new digital platform for scheduling and appointment management. Developed in collaboration with health tech company Eyr, the solution simplifies the booking and follow-up of occupational health services for employers and employees in both Sweden and Norway.

Today, booking processes are often characterized by manual routines that take time and risk causing misunderstandings. With Avonova Booking, the process becomes more flexible, user-friendly and efficient, allowing managers and HR departments to book services for individuals or entire teams in just minutes. Employees can also book or reschedule their own appointments at their convenience. Another major benefit is that coordinators and clinics can eliminate many manual steps, freeing up time for follow-up and services.

Avonova Booking will be rolled out in stages, and Avonova’s customers will receive direct information about when they gain access to the system, along with clear user support and guidance. The solution complies with current data protection and information security regulations, with built-in safeguards to ensure secure handling of personal data.

Developed in collaboration with Eyr
The platform has been developed and tested through close collaboration between Avonova and Eyr. The project has been ongoing for ten months, with the goal of creating a solution that benefits customers, employees and clinics alike.

- Although Eyr is a smaller player, we have many years of experience working with demanding partners such as Gjensidige and DNB. This project is the most extensive we have delivered to date, and we’re proud to have achieved it together with Avonova, says Karl Martin Lind Founder of Eyr.
