Correction of financing EBITDA from press release Trading update Q2 2025 and of descriptive text to the income statement in the Avonova Q2 interim report

Avonova BidCo AB (publ) announces a correction to the interim report published and distributed on Aug 29th 2025 and trading update for the second quarter of 2025, issued Aug 15th 2025 as non-regulatory press release. The correction relates to the descriptive text in the income statement section of the Q2 2025 interim report and to the presentation of Financing EBITDA in the press release “Trading update Q2 2025”.

In the trading update, Financing EBITDA was communicated as 94.4 MNOK. The correct figure is 92.3 MSEK. The figures in the trading update were communicated with NOK as the currency, while they are in fact reported in SEK and should have been presented in SEK, except for ARR which in SEK was 396 MSEK by the end of Q2.
The corrected Q2 2025 interim report has been published and replaces the version previously distributed.
