Capital & Corporate Growth

• Strengthened Financial Position: Successfully raised SEK 85M in a heavily oversubscribed funding round, demonstrating strong investor confidence in us and our trajectory.
• Operational Expansion: Optimized our cost structure while expanding our headquarters to accommodate our rapidly growing team.
• Governance Excellence: Appointed a new Chairman of the Board with extensive experience in scaling fabless semiconductor companies to global leadership.
• Digital Transformation: Launched a modernized website with integrated automation to provide a seamless experience for customers and our investor community.

Partnerships & Market Reach

• Strategic Alliances: Formalized our longstanding collaboration with Nitto Denko through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) and deepened our technical collaboration with Cadence.
• Global Presence: Made our official MWC debut in Barcelona, showcasing our technology on the world's largest connectivity stage.
• East Asian Expansion: Appointed a new Head of Sales with deep expertise in our primary growth markets: Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea.
