Last night Betarades, a leading Greek sports media and part of Better Collective, hosted the Greek Bookmaker Awards in Athens for the fourth year in a row.

Better Collective hands out these awards to recognize and honor the best bookmakers in the Greek market and to guide Greek sport fans in choosing the best bookmaker for them.

Stoiximan, part of Kaizen Gaming, won four of the ten categories and once again brought home the prestigious award as the “Best Bookmaker Overall” as well as “Players Choice”. This was closely followed by bet365 winning three awards.

Following the recent regulation in Greece several new players have entered the market. In order to acknowledge these changes the awards sees the addition of a ”Most Improved”-category which Vistabet took home during the ceremony.

Established in 2020 the Better Collective Bookmaker Awards are based on extensive market research with users from Better Collective-owned communities who share what is important to them when betting and choosing a bookmaker. This data driven research also sets the base for the award categories together with Better Collective’s insights on the industry trends. Data has always been important for Better Collective, hence the award show is based on such in order to make it as fair as possible. This year's show in Greece hosted by Betarades is the result of analyzing more than 400.000 data points. 

The event was attended by more than 100 guests from the leading bookmakers, partners, sports and mainstream media and former athletes.
