Today 8 August 2023, the extraordinary general meeting of Better Collective was held as an electronic general meeting in accordance with section 6.4 of the Company’s articles of association.
Regulatory release no. 37/2023
At the meeting, the shareholders approved the proposals from the nomination committee regarding election of Britt Boeskov and René Rechtman as new members of the board of directors.
The shareholders were informed that the board member Klaus Holse wished to resign as member of the board of directors with effect as of the extraordinary general meeting. The Chair of the board of directors expressed a sincere thank you to Klaus Holse for his contributions to the company over his tenure on the board of directors.
